Terms and Conditions

General contracting terms for our web design, brand design and social media services. By accepting in our forms, you accept the general terms plus those of the service you hire.

1. General terms

A quote or brief is not a contract and does not reserve dates: the project starts when the proposal is confirmed and the corresponding payment is made.
To purchase our services you must pay in full before starting each project, except for Web Design, where payment is split: 50% to start and 50% upon completion.
We only accept bank transfer payments. Any fees charged by the payment method (PayPal, Western Union, agents or cashiers) must be covered by the client.
Delivery times (1 to 4 weeks for standard web design —for Custom Web Applications timing varies based on complexity and features— and up to 10 business days for the first brand/social proposal) run from the moment we receive all client information, access credentials and images. Delays in client material extend deadlines with no penalty to us.
Each service includes reasonable review rounds on the submitted proposal. Scope changes (new sections, extra pieces, unquoted features) are quoted separately.
The client guarantees that all provided material (texts, photos, logos) is owned or properly licensed, and holds us harmless from third-party claims over that material.
If the client cancels, amounts already paid are non-refundable, as they cover reserved time, analysis and work performed.

2. Web Design

100% custom WordPress designs, adapted to the client's identity and optimized for desktop, tablet and smartphone.
The package includes free hosting and .com domain for 1 year (US-based servers). Subsequent yearly renewals are paid by the client. If you already have hosting and domain we can work with them, but the service cost does not change.
The website belongs to the client: upon completion we hand over admin access. For online stores we also provide tutorial videos (create, edit and delete products).
Final copywriting, professional photography and bulk product uploads are not included unless expressly quoted.
Administration, maintenance and support is a separate recurring service: content updates, stock management, speed optimization, software/plugin updates, corporate email and monthly backups.

3. Brand Design

Includes a complete visual identity: logo, color palette, corporate typography, Brand Guidelines and sample applications (cards, stationery, social media). A partial or full redesign of an existing logo costs the same as a from-scratch design.
Final files delivered: .png, .ai, .pdf and .ttf / .otf. Intermediate editable files or working sources prior to final approval are not delivered.
After receiving all client information, the proposal is sent within a maximum of 10 business days for review and approval.
The client is responsible for checking name availability and trademark registration with the competent authority. We do not handle legal trademark registration.

4. Social Media

After receiving all client information, the full feed proposal is sent within a maximum of 10 business days for review and approval.
Recording sessions (max. 3 hours per session) have limited coverage to certain districts of Lima: Miraflores, Santiago de Surco, Surquillo, San Borja and San Isidro, subject to prior validation of the exact address and access conditions.
If you hire Ads management (Instagram/Facebook), the fee covers management only. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms and is not included in our prices.
The client must provide profile access, approve on time and designate a contact for scripts and publishing. We are not liable for account suspensions due to platform policies or client-provided content.
Approved and published content is considered delivered. Recording sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise the session is considered completed.
